Over 30 Years of Pharmaceutical Innovation
Founded in 1993, VANELLI is a Romanian company with entirely private capital, built on a strong foundation of expertise and long-term vision. The company’s name, a symbolic acronym, has been preserved as a mark of respect for its founders.
In 1996, VANELLI entered a new stage of development following a change in its shareholder structure, being taken over and further shaped with vision and dedication by distinguished professionals in chemistry and medicine: chemical engineer Constantin Onceriu, Dr. Livia Iolanda Onceriu, and the late veterinarian Constantin Panaite. Their commitment laid the cornerstone for the company’s evolution into a pharmaceutical manufacturer.
Today, VANELLI Group® stands as a recognized European brand, with a portfolio of over 200 products and a solid track record of successful projects. Its continued growth is supported by a team of more than 80 specialists, technicians, and sales professionals, all contributing to the company’s ongoing innovation and market expansion.
